"Our Heating Unit shut down for us a few days ago and we called to have it repaired. Not only were those that handled the phones and received our call polite and efficient but we wanted to express a special appreciation for the gentleman who came to make the necessary repair. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and also very kind and polite, letting us know exactly what the problem was. It was time for the filters to be replaced.
